Attendance: Committee Chair Jay Jabour; Committee Member Clay Yarborough; Phillip Peterson, Office of Council Auditor; Steve Rohan and Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel; Shirley Nulf, Rachel Welsh, and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council; Sherry Hall and Lisa Rinaman, Office of the Mayor
The Committee Chair, Jay Jabour, called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.
At the request of the Chair, Mr. Phillip Peterson, Office of Council Auditor, took everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
It was noted that Item #1 (2005-718) would be deferred.
It was also noted that discussion and public comment would be heard on Item #14 (2007-839) at the end of the meeting. Mention was made of the special meeting scheduled for September 10, 2007.
Concerning Item #30 (2007-900), C/M Yarborough asked whether approval would be setting a precedent. Mr. Rohan responded that he did not see this as being a problem since the facility is a public place and accessible.
The Chair inquired as to the reasons for deferrals of Item #11 (2007-830) and Item #12 (2007-831). Mr. Peterson offered to provide the requested information.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:40 a.m.
