Attendance: Committee Chair Jay Jabour; Committee Member Clay Yarborough; Phillip Peterson, Office of Council Auditor; Steve Rohan and Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel; Shirley Nulf and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council; Sherry Hall and Lisa Rinaman, Office of the Mayor
The Committee Chair, Jay Jabour, called the meeting to order at 9:33 a.m.
At the request of the Chair, Mr. Phillip Peterson, Office of Council Auditor, took everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
It was noted that Item #1 (2005-718) would be deferred.
It was also noted that Item #8 (2007-611) would be deferred, and Mr. Rohan commented on whether Ms. Laquidara, Office of General Counsel, was aware of the deferral of this item.
Concerning Item #3 (2007-291), Mr. Reingold offered to meet with the Chair for informational purposes.
C/M Yarborough inquired as to the nature of the emergency on Item #45 (2007-906) and was advised that such action was being requested in order to coordinate with the dedication and renaming of the park being planned for September.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:38 a.m.
