Attendance: Committee Chair Jay Jabour; Committee Member Clay Yarborough; Council Member Mia Jones; Phillip Peterson, Office of Council Auditor; Steve Rohan, Office of General Counsel; Shirley Nulf and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council; Kevin Holzendorf and Lisa Rinaman, Office of the Mayor
The Committee Chair, Jay Jabour, called the meeting to order at 9:32 a.m.
At the request of the Chair, Mr. Phillip Peterson, Office of Council Auditor, took everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
It was further suggested that Item #6 (Ordinance 2007-329) should be the subject of a joint meeting with the Finance Committee, rather than Item #23 (Ordinance 2007-770).
Concerning Item #17 (2007-751), Ms. Rinaman advised that the $670,996 in unspent CDBG Public Service Grants funding received by River Region Human Services and noted on the marked agenda cannot be used for the renovations.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:43 a.m.
