Attendance: Committee Chair Jay Jabour; Committee Members Michael Corrigan, Ronnie Fussell, and Clay Yarborough; Council President Daniel Davis; Council Member Kevin Hyde; Phillip Peterson, Office of Council Auditor; Steve Rohan, Peggy Sidman, and Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel; Shirley Nulf, Rachel Welsh, and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council; Bob Williams, Real Estate Division; Tony Bates
The Committee Chair, Jay Jabour, called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.
At the request of the Chair, Mr. Phillip Peterson, Office of Council Auditor, took everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions. He noted that while Item #4 (2006-1212) was marked for deferral, a request for withdrawal had subsequently been made.
Mr. Steve Rohan, Office of General Counsel, advised that after the agenda meeting is gaveled to a close, there can be no discussion concerning Council-related business.
The Chair reminded those present that the Rules Committee would begin after the Special Council Meeting concerning the Mayor’s 2007-2008 Annual Budget Address.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:35 a.m.
