The Committee Vice Chair, C/M Johnson, called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.
The Vice Chair asked Carmen Martin to review the agenda indicating those items that were ready for action and the items that were either going to be deferred or seconded and re-referred.
The Vice Chair asked C/M Joost if he was ready to move on Item #22, ORD 2007-113l, Amend Chapt 636 (Traffic & Parking) Ord Code by Creating new Part 4 (Red Light Signal & Speed Violations) to be Called “The Jacksonville Traffic Safety Enhancement Act.” C/M Joost indicated that he was ready to move the bill and proceeded to explain the legislation and the amendment. Margaret Sidman and Carmen Martin added comments.
C/M Joost announced that he would be doing a PowerPoint presentation at the Committee meeting on the bill.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 9:35 a.m.
