The Chairman, C/M Clark, called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.
The Chairman proceeded to review the agenda indicating those items were ready for action and the items that were either going to be deferred or seconded and re-referred.
On item 10, ORD 2007-965, a Fair Share Assessment for “First Coast Energy-SR 111” Proj, Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel, and Randy Gallup, representing the client, indicated that the applicant is waiting on a closing on the property, therefore it was requested that the bill be deferred.
