Council Auditor Kirk Sherman, Carmen Johnson, Council Auditor’s Office; Peggy Sidman Office of General Counsel; Lisa Rinaman, Administration; Scott Wilson, ECA, District 4; Meghan Friel, ECA District 3; Lin White, Public Works; Cheryl Runyon, JSO, Mike Miller, JTA; Jim Gilmore; Stephen Smith and Fred Atwill, Planning Department; Wyman Duggan, Randy Gallup and Emily Pierce; John J. Jackson and Stephen Smith, Council Research Division.
The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:38 a.m. and proceeded to take everyone through the marked agenda provided by the Council Auditor’s Office.
Council Auditor Kirk Sherman directed everyone’s attention to page 17 of the marked agenda for additional information, background and concerns of the Council Auditor’s Office regarding ORD 2007-660, Apv Fair Share Assessment with JTA for “Kings Ave Station” Proj.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:50 a.m.
