  Plan, and then have three opportunities to transfer from one plan to the
  other within the first five years of employment; revises dates relative to
  purchases of service, time connections, and effective date of the Defined
  Contribution Plan; provides a new Part 6 concerning a City Disability Program,
  with certain current disability provisions to no longer be effective upon
  implementation; details membership in the Defined Contribution Plan and provides
  for changes; provides for new employee election of plan (Defined Benefit or
  Defined Contribution), with failure to make a timely election deemed election
  to enroll in the Defined Benefit Plan; provides for training at new employee
  orientation and continuing education programs; revises provisions for members
  of the Defined Benefit Plan who elect to transfer to the Defined Contribution
  Plan; requires that retiree members of the Defined Contribution Plan be
  entitled to participate in the City’s health insurance plan in the same
  manner as a retiree of the Defined Benefit Plan, with criteria to be met;
  revises attachments; makes other clarifying and technical changes. |

  requiring that the City enter into Settlement Agreements on a matter that the
