MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, November 17,2008. The meeting was called to order at 2:03 P.M. by Committee Chair Michael Corrigan. The meeting adjourned at 3:31 P.M.
