MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, February 19,2008. The meeting was called to order at 2:00 P.M. by Committee Chair Art Shad. The meeting adjourned at 3:03 P.M.
