The meeting was called to
order at 1:30 p.m.
Chairman Shad reviewed the
agenda items, which include 11 items to be deferred, 24 items ready for action,
and 23 items to be read second and re-referred. One item – 2008-64 regarding the Juvenile
Assessment Center - will be taken out of order for the benefit of Council
Member Mia Jones who would like to address the bill but has another meeting
obligation. Ordinance 2008-27 is marked
for action but may be deferred.
There being no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:34 p.m.
