MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, October 07, 2008. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 P.M. by Committee Chair Art Graham. The meeting was recessed at 7:40 P.M. and reconvened at 8:10 P.M. The meeting was recessed at 10:30 P.M. and reconvened at 10:35 P.M. The meeting was adjourned at 11:20 P.M.
