MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, March 18,2008.  The meeting was called to order at 5:04 P.M. by Committee Chair Michael Corrigan.  The meeting adjourned at 5:52 P.M.
