MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, March 04,2008.  The meeting was called to order at 5:02 P.M. by Committee Chair Michael Corrigan, recessed from 7:40 P.M. until 7:48 P.M.  The meeting adjourned at 7:53 P.M.
