MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, February 05,2008. The meeting was called to order at 5:02 P.M. and recessed from 6:51 P.M. to 7:02 P.M. by Committee Chair Michael Corrigan. The meeting adjourned at 8:09 P.M.
