Attendance: Chairman Clay Yarborough; Council Member Ray Holt

Phillip Peterson – Auditor’s Office; Philip Zamarron – Legislative Services Division; Peggy Sidman – Office of General Counsel; Angela Ryan – ECA; Jeff Clements – Council Research Division

The meeting was called to order at 3:33 p.m. by Chairman Yarborough.

Chairman Yarborough reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda which included 1 item to be deferred, 4 items ready for action and 4 items to be read a second time and re-referred. He noted that Council Member Glorious Johnson is excused from the meeting. The chairman also recognized two UNF journalism students attending the agenda and committee meetings today as part of a class project.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:36 p.m.
