The meeting was called to
order at 3:30 p.m. by Chairman Yarborough.
Chairman Yarborough reviewed
the Auditor’s marked agenda which included 1 item to be deferred, 4 items ready
for action and 4 items to be read a second time and re-referred. He noted that Council Member Kevin Hyde will
be present to discuss his ordinance 2008-911, to which he will offer a
substitute. The chairman also noted that
because of the Election Day rescheduling of committees, the LUZ Committee will
be following PHS in the Council Chamber at 5:00 p.m. so the committee meeting
cannot run past that time.
There being no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:32 p.m.
