MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, August 04,2008. The meeting was called to order at 4:02 P.M. by Committee Chair Clay Yarborough. The meeting was adjourned at 5:32 P.M.
