The meeting was called to
order at 3:30 p.m. by Chairman Hyde.
Mr. Hyde reviewed the marked
agenda, which included 6 items marked for deferral, 7 items ready for action and
1 item recommended for second reading and re-referral. He announced that at the conclusion of the
agenda items the administration will make a presentation on the feasibility of
outsourcing vehicle maintenance functions from the Fleet Management Division to
a private service provider.
There being no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:33 p.m.
