The Office of Council Auditor added this bill to the Rules
Committee agenda due to a proposed amendment to include a waiver relative to
Chapter 188 (Miscellaneous Appropriations) compliance for Habitat Resources. Pursuant to Council Rules, the Rules
Committee is required to hear such items.
MOTIONS to approve the proposed amendment and to approve the bill with the amendment were offered and approved on a vote of 5-0.
