The Chair called the Agenda meeting to order at 1:33 p.m. and reviewed those items on the agenda that were ready for action, deferral, second reading and re-referral.
On Item #3, 2008-721, ORD Approp $2,489,430 from Tree Mitigation & Related Expense-Charter for a County-Wide Park Canopy Study, the Chair indicated that a tree canopy issue had to be resolved; the bill may be ready for action the next cycle.
The Chair noted that Nathan Rezeau would be able to address any questions on Item #8, ORD 2008-831, Auth to Submit the Huguenot Memorial Park Mgmt Plan to FDEP.
The Chair announced that in view of the election, the November 4th scheduled RCD Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 5th (2:00 p.m.)
There being no other items on the agenda, the meeting was adjourned at 1:36 p.m.
