Attendance: Council Member W. Jones (Chair), Holt; Janice Billy Council Auditor’s Office; Steve Rohan, Office of General Counsel; Sherry Hall, Administration; Kelly Boree, Recreation & Community Services Department, Nathan Rezeau, Waterfront Management; Wight Greger, Department; Lin White, Public Works; Mina Hosseini, Celeste Hicks, Sandra Lane ECAs; Marilyn Allen, Juliette Williams, Legislative Svcs.
The Chair called the Agenda meeting to order at 1:32 and asked Janice Billy, Office of Council Auditor, to review those items on the agenda that were ready for action, deferral, second reading and re-referral.
The Chair indicated that he was going to speak with Council Member Mia Jones about the status of ORD 2006-591 (Soutel/Moncrief Retail Redev Area) that she has sponsored.
The Chair was advised that Wight Greger would be at the committee meeting to address any questions on ORD 2008-497 (re Jax Housing Finance Auth; Amending Housing Tax Credit Multi-Family Rental Proj Revolving Fund).
Nathan Rezeau, Chief, Waterfront Management, explained an amendment to be added to ORD 2008-540 (Apv Restructured Schedule of Rates & Fees for Huguenot memorial Park), that would reference passenger buses that transport young people and the configuration of admission fees for the vehicles.
There being no further items or business on the agenda, the meeting was adjourned at 1:35 p.m.
