The Chair called the re-scheduled RCD Committee agenda meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.†
The Chair asked the Council Auditors Officeís Janice Billy to review the agenda to indicate what items were ready for action or deferral.

On Item #148, ORD 2008-148, Auth Fla Fish & Wildlife Conservation Comm to Estab King Rd Historical Pk as a Unit of the Thomas Creek Wildlife Mgmt Area to allow Public Hunting, the Chair asked whose Council District was the site located in and had the matter been discussed with the Member.† Janice Billy indicated that the site was located in Council District 11 and that Council Member Holt had been at the Finance Committee meeting on Monday when the bill was discussed.
