signs shall be separated by at least 200 feet; one additional 50-square-foot sign, 12

along Main Street; wall signs shall
comply with Part 13 of the zoning code and may also be oriented toward Main
Street; wall signage oriented toward
Main Street shall be designed and installed so as to prevent glare or
excessive light on adjacent residential properties. |
