  the Office of General Counsel, the Amendment GRANTS the Waiver of Road
  Frontage at 4086 Green Acres Lane in Council District 6 subject to the
  following conditions:  there shall be
  no more than two dwelling units on the combined subject property of 6.5
  acres;  the property address and
  directions shall be clearly posted from the right-of-way at Green Acres Lane
  in order to notify emergency responders of the property location; and the
  existing trees and buffer along the northern and western portions of the
  subject property shall be maintained in an undisturbed natural state. |

  following architectural common best practices for the North Jacksonville
  Vision Plan, 2009:  sidewalks shall
  have sufficient width to accommodate pedestrian flow, signage should be
  compatible with the building’s architectural material and composition, and
  outdoor lighting will be designed to highlight the buildings and enhance the
  architecture;  the building massing
  shall be designed to minimize the appearance of a monolithic box through
  either variation in wall heights, façade articulation, varied roof planes and
  pitches, or building materials. |
