Meeting Convened:  1:30 p.m.

 

Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda, which showed 12 items to be deferred, 19 items ready for action (1 as an emergency) and 11 items to be read a second time and re-referred.

 

Lisa Rinaman stated that Council Member Corrigan has requested that action be taken today on 2009-468 (appropriation of Tree Protection Trust Funds for a Roosevelt Boulevard tree planting project) and will propose an amendment to require bidding for most of the project costs (tree purchase, installation, removal of dead trees, etc.) but to contract directly with Greenscape Inc. for project management services.
