The meeting was called to
order at 2:02 p.m. with a quorum present.
The Chairman announced that
items 1 and 2 on the agenda are subject to being withdrawn at the next City
Council meeting pursuant to the Council Rules because they have been pending
for over 2 years. He urged committee
members with an interest in pursuing any of those bills to be sure to take
action to move them forward before the automatic withdrawal.
