Kelly, Department of Planning and Development; Merriane Lahmeur, Jessica
Stephens, and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council
The Committee Chair, Ray Holt,
called the meeting to order at 3:45 p.m.
He asked Mr. John Crofts to take everyone through the marked agenda
containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
09-527 Proposed amendment
includes conditions; Mr. Reingold advised that he has technical revisions to the amendment
09-667 and 09-668 Deferred by
the Planning Commission
09-792 and 09-793 Both the
Planning and Development Dept. and Planning Commission have recommended denial; if approved by LUZ, an
amendment to 09-793 should be considered
09-797 Both the Planning and
Development Dept. and Planning Commission have recommended denial
09-800 and 09-801
Advertisement proof of payment not yet received for 09-801; items should be considered together
09-835 Court order explained
by Mr. Reingold
09-846 Mr. Reingold suggested
appropriate procedure
09-864 Deferral requested, as
substitute is being finalized
