Attendance: Committee Chair Ray Holt; Committee Member Don Redman; Shannon Eller, Office of General Counsel; and Sean Kelly, Department of Planning and Development; Merriane Lahmeur, Jessica Stephens, Office of City Council; Celeste Hick, Sarah Lane and Connie Holt, ECAs.
The Committee Chair, Ray Holt, called the meeting to order at 3:47 p.m. He asked Ms. Shannon Eller to take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
09-526 Proposed substitute will mirror the substitute already recommended for the companion
rezoning; rerefer
09-663 Substitute being proposed to change small scale plan amendments to match a PUD
rezoning being substituted in companion bill 2009-664
09-664 Substitute being proposed to change rezoning from IL to PUD
09-754 The applicant may be requesting withdrawal of the bill since the height of the sign cannot
be increased; defer tonight
09-796 Need further information from Planning Department about whether this bill needs to be
substituted to match a change in companion bill 2009-797 – possible rezoning to PUD
09-797 Need further information from Planning Department about whether this bill needs to be
substituted to reflect a different rezoning category – possibly PUD.
As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:53 p.m.
