MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, October 06,2009.  The meeting was called to order at 5:05 P.M. by Committee Chair Ray Holt.  The Chair called for a break from 7:15 P.M. until 7:24 P.M.  The Chair adjourned the meeting at 7:48 P.M.
