The Committee Chair, Ray Holt,
called the meeting to order at 3:45 p.m.
He asked Mr. John Crofts to take everyone through the marked agenda
containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
09-287 and 09-288 A representative
from the Recreation and Community Services Department will be present at the committee meeting
09-444 Substitute being
crafted for later consideration
09-518 Proposed amendment to
include conditions and technical changes
09-519 It was noted that Planning
Department staff is recommending approval
09-523 Proposed amendment to
include conditions
09-524 and 09-525 It was
noted that Planning Department staff is recommending denial
In response to a question,
the Chair was advised that Council Member Davis will be present at the meeting
address legislation relative to the School Board.
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:50 p.m.
