Attendance: Committee Chair Art Graham; Committee Members
Don Redman and Ray Holt; Council Member John Crescimbeni; Shannon Eller, Dylan
Reingold, Cherry Shaw, and Jason Teal, Office of General Counsel; John Crofts,
Sean Kelly, and Folks Huxford, Department of Planning and Development; Merriane
Lahmeur, Marilyn Allen, and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council
The Committee Chair, Art
Graham, called the meeting to order at 3:33 p.m. He asked Mr. John Crofts to take everyone
through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
09-347 Closure of property
sale pending; deferral anticipated; Ms. Eller explained the situation in response to questions from the Chair
09-348 Public hearing to be
opened and continued, with deferral anticipated
09-383 Will be considered
early in the meeting if the District Council Member is present
09-398 Records concerning
attendance of applicant at previous meetings have been compiled; appeal will be considered at the end of
the meeting unless the District Council Member is present
09-402 Deferral anticipated;
no public hearing scheduled for tonight
09-404 The Chair was advised
that the TEU Committee recommended an amendment revising the dollar amount for related fair share
legislation, and that the LUZ Committee should consider
an amendment to the development agreement to mirror the change
09-443 In response to a
question from the Chair, Mr. Reingold indicated that he would be present to address this item at the meeting
09-444 C/M Holt inquired as
to the reason for deferral, and was informed that the public hearing has been set for August 4, 2009
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:43 p.m.
