The Committee Chair, Art
Graham, called the meeting to order at 3:31 p.m. He asked Mr. John Crofts to take everyone
through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
08-552 Mr. Paul Harden,
representative, advised the Chair that he will be meeting with C/M Lee prior to the meeting; afterward, he will know
if the item will be going forward tonight
