Attendance: Committee Chair Art Graham; Committee Member Don
Redman; Shannon Eller and Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel; John
Crofts, Sean Kelly, and Kristen Reed, Department of Planning and Development; Merriane
Lahmeur and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council
The Committee Chair, Art
Graham, called the meeting to order at 3:43 p.m. He asked Mr. John Crofts to take everyone
through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
05-1228 Public hearing
scheduled for April 21, 2009
06-24 Ms. Eller meeting with
applicant relative to potential for withdrawal and ramifications
06-658 Anticipate
substitution to PUD rezoning at next meeting
08-552 Request from C/M to
continue; representative to meet with C/M prior to meeting
08-1071 Public hearing to be
opened and continued
09-12 The Chair inquired as
to status and any cost to keep this open; he was advised that there is no cost to the City and dissolution requires
City approval
09-29 In response to a
question, it was noted that no request to continue has been received
09-91 The Chair inquired as
to the delay and was informed that neighborhood concerns are being addressed and that there may be some revisions
09-115 The Chair asked Mr.
Paul Harden, representative, if signs are posted and if everything is in compliance; he responded in the affirmative
09-161 Request from C/M to
continue
09-191 Amendment anticipated
to reflect only a “portion” of the real estate number is involved
09-192 It was noted that the
Planning and Development Department recommends denial
