Planning and Development; Merriane Lahmeur, Marilyn Allen, and Rick Campbell,

The Committee Vice Chair, Stephen
Joost, called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.
He asked Mr. John Crofts to take everyone through the marked agenda
containing the suggested committee actions.

submitted; will be readvertised
08-546 Community meeting to
be held
08-549 and 08-550 Waiting for
certain Florida Dept. of Community Affairs approvals prior to action

various Mayport references; will be readvertised

hearing set for April 21, 2009

Comprehensive Plan; a special meeting has been tentatively set for April 6, 2009

business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:38 p.m.
