Eller and Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel; John Crofts, Sean Kelly,
and Folks Huxford, Department of Planning and Development; Merriane Lahmeur, Marilyn
Allen, and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council
The Committee Chair, Art
Graham, called the meeting to order at 3:33 p.m. He asked Mr. John Crofts to take everyone
through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and comments
concerning the agenda as marked included:
05-1228 The Chair commented that this item, and
others, will be removed from the agenda in accordance with Council Rules after
about 60 days
08-892 and 08-893 Withdrawal
anticipated
08-970 Deferral anticipated
tonight, with eventual amendment and readvertisement
08-1069 Legal advised that
there may be additional conditions
09-29 To be readvertised with
additional hearings
09-113 Legal advised that
there may be additional conditions
09-114 and 09-115 C/M Shad requested that he be
allowed to speak prior to the public hearing, as he intends to propose
conditions
09-145 Amendment anticipated to reference a portion of
the real estate numbers and to provide an amended written description which
removes certain uses
09-150 Legal advised that no
amendment is needed
09-158 Proposed amendment
will revise an exhibit
The Chair advised that the
public hearings for companion land use revisions and rezonings will be held
concurrently.
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:44 p.m.
