MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, March 03,2009.  The meeting was called to order at 5:05 P.M. by Committee Chair Art Graham, Recessed from 7:32 to 8:05 and the meeting was adjourned at 10:07 P.M.
