of General Counsel; Brad Thoburn, John Crofts, and Sean Kelly, Department of
Planning and Development; Merriane Lahmeur, Marilyn Allen, and Rick Campbell,
Office of City Council
The Committee Chair, Art
Graham, called the meeting to order at 3:35 p.m. He asked Mr. John Crofts to take everyone
through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
08-799 It was noted that a
motion to recommend amendment and approval failed of passage on a vote of 3-3 at the previous committee meeting
08-840 In response to a
question, it was stated that no formal hearing has been requested; new conditions, site plan, etc. to be
considered
08-893 Discussion was held concerning various options,
including deferral; it was stated that JPA was ready to move forward, but did
not object to a deferral, and that a new amendment is to be proposed to incorporate
additional conditions; the Chair indicated the intent to entertain action to
amend and move the item, with previous speakers to be contacted concerning the
public hearing before the full City Council
09-37 Scrivener’s corrections to be made
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:43 p.m.
