The Committee Chair, Art
Graham, called the meeting to order at 3:33 p.m. He asked Mr. John Crofts to take everyone
through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
08-552 Item to be deferred;
no public hearing scheduled
08-565 It is anticipated that
interested parties will be present for the meeting
08-799 The Chair stated his
intent to consider the item early in the meeting if the District Council Member is present
08-854 It was noted that
conditions are being recommended
08-893 The Chair advised that
the public hearing will be opened and closed, and that the item will be deferred
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:38 p.m.
