Research Division; Steve Rohan and Jim McCain – Office of General Counsel
The meeting was called to
order at 3:30 p.m. by Chairman Yarborough.
Chairman Yarborough reviewed
the Auditor’s marked agenda which included 1 item to be deferred, 4 items ready
for action and 5 items to be read a second time and re-referred. He announced that 2008-983 (corrections
officers 20 year retirement) would be deferred in PHS after being in the
Finance Committee earlier in the day.
Steve Rohan introduced
Assistant General Counsel Jim McCain who will be assuming some committee duties
while Mr. Rohan is out of the office on extended leave.
There being no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:33 p.m.
