Attendance: Committee Chair Art Shad; Committee Members Bill Bishop and Jack Webb; Council Member Glorious Johnson; Heather Norsworthy, Office of Council Auditor; Peggy Sidman, Office of General Counsel; Philip Zamarron and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council; Lisa Rinaman and Sherry Hall, Office of the Mayor

The Committee Chair, Art Shad, called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. and he proceeded to take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.

Changes, additions, and comments concerning the agenda as marked included:

09-515, 09-516, and 09-517 C/M Johnson will be at the meeting to speak to these items and is requesting withdrawal

09-549 C/M Johnson will propose a substitute; item to be deferred if cannot be approved or rereferred as substituted

09-611 Proposed amendment would remove “additional” from title in accordance with previous amendment

09-622 It was noted that this item was rereferred to the committee at the Council meeting

The meeting was adjourned at 9:37 a.m.
