The Committee Chair, Art Shad,
called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. and he proceeded to take everyone
through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
09-372 Ms. Norsworthy advised
that the appointee is not able to be present; the Chair indicated that the item will be deferred
09-467 Ms. Sidman noted that,
with the amendment, there will be no waivers in the legislation
