Chair); Heather Norsworthy, Office of Council Auditor; Peggy Sidman, Dylan
Reingold, and Cherry Shaw, Office of General Counsel; Philip Zamarron and Rick
Campbell, Office of City Council; Lisa Rinaman and Sherry Hall, Office of the
Mayor
The Acting Chair, Clay Yarborough,
called the meeting to order at 9:35 a.m.
He asked Ms. Norsworthy to take everyone through the marked agenda
containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
09-198 Mr. Reingold indicated
that C/M Gaffney will have a presentation on this issue at the next meeting of the Transportation, Energy, and
Utilities Committee
09-371, 09-372, and 09-373 In
response to a question from the Acting Chair, Ms. Sidman advised that, while these appointments are to alternate
membership, the appointees should be present
09-399 Deferral to the first
meeting in August requested
09-407 The Acting Chair
stated plans to defer, but noted that this will ultimately be at the discretion of C/M Kevin Hyde, who will be
acting as Chair at the Rules Committee meeting
