Rinaman and Sherry Hall, Office of the Mayor
The Committee Chair, Jack
Webb, called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m.
He asked Ms. Norsworthy to take everyone through the marked agenda
containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
09-317 In response to a
question, the Chair was advised this legislation is ready to move forward
09-371, 09-372, and 09-373
Ms. Sidman noted that these bills confirm the appointments of alternate members to the Planning
Commission; the Chair stated these bills would be deferred to allow time for him to meet with the appointees
09-403 Upon inquiry, it was
stated that the substitute will provide for two projects involving the repair of gate arches
The Chair informed those
present that the Council President would be in attendance at the committee meeting
to speak relative to the appointments of Charter Revision Commission members,
and that these bills would be considered first.
Mr. Zamarron advised that attendance by the appointees had been
confirmed for all but one of the prospective members (09-425 Curtis Thompson).
The meeting was adjourned at
9:36 a.m.
