Yarborough; Council President Ronnie Fussell; Heather Norsworthy, Janice Billy,
and Kirk Sherman, Office of Council Auditor; Peggy Sidman, Dylan Reingold,
Steve Rohan, and Rick Mullaney, Office of General Counsel; Philip Zamarron and
Rick Campbell, Office of City Council; Lisa Rinaman, Office of the Mayor
The Committee Chair, Jack
Webb, called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.
He asked Ms. Norsworthy to take everyone through the marked agenda
containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and comments
concerning the agenda as marked included:
09-197 Deferral anticipated
09-198 The Chair was advised
that C/M Gaffney will be meeting with the involved parties; deferral anticipated at today’s
meeting
09-322 In response to a
question, the Chair was informed that the appointee is not expected to be present at the meeting
09-331 Attendance by the
appointee is anticipated
09-339 and 09-340 It was
noted that emergency consideration is being requested, but that the District Councilman has some concerns
09-362 Mr. Rohan spoke
concerning a substitute that has been prepared for consideration. He indicated
that C/M Crescimbeni is favorable, and Council President Fussell was present to express support.
09-363 Ms. Sidman will
confirm that emergency action is not necessary
