The Committee Chair, Jack
Webb, called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.
He asked Ms. Norsworthy to take everyone through the marked agenda
containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
09-178 In response to inquiry
by the Chair, it was indicated that the appointee will be present at the meeting
09-183 It was noted that the
proposed substitute changes the exhibit and makes other requested changes pursuant to discussions at noticed
meetings
09-197 Deferral anticipated
09-198 Deferral anticipated
09-308 In response to a
question, it was stated that this legislation is new to the committee
The Chair advised that
appointments would be considered first, then 09-185 if C/M Brown is present and
09-198 if C/M Gaffney is present, with 09-308 following after that.
