Campbell, Office of City Council; Sherry Hall and Lisa Rinaman, Office of the
Mayor
The Committee Chair, Jack
Webb, called the meeting to order at 9:32 a.m.
He asked Ms. Norsworthy to take everyone through the marked agenda
containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
09-177 C/M Yarborough indicated that he has questions
for the reappointee; the item will be deferred so that arrangements can be made
for the candidate to be present
09-182 After explanation of the proposed amendment, it
was noted that staff from the Office of the Sheriff will be present at the
meeting
09-183 In response to a question, C/M Yarborough
advised that this legislation is the manifestation of a proposal by C/M Hyde
09-213 An amendment to provide oversight by the
Recreation and Community Services Department will be proposed
09-214 The proposed amendment is to be revised to
provide oversight by the Recreation and Community Services Department and make
other changes
The Chair stated that appointments will be considered
at the beginning of the meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at
