Attendance: Committee Chair Jack Webb; Committee Member Clay Yarborough; Heather Norsworthy, Office of Council Auditor; Peggy Sidman, Steve Rohan, Ernst Mueller, and Shannon Eller, Office of General Counsel; Shirley Nulf and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council; Sherry Hall, Office of the Mayor

The Committee Chair, Jack Webb, called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m., and asked Ms. Norsworthy to take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.

Changes, additions, and comments concerning the agenda as marked included:

08-844 Ms. Eller suggested additional revisions to reflect appropriate Planning and Development Department actions; she advised that these changes can be incorporated into the proposed substitute

08-1089 Being no expressed opposition, the Chair declared his intent to defer this bill; upon comment from Mr. Rohan, clarification was made concerning the deferral

08-1090 In response to inquiry by the Chair, Ms. Sidman advised that both she and Mr. Mueller would be present at the meeting to provide information

08-1093 The Chair stated this bill will be deferred at the request of the Ethics Commission

The meeting was adjourned at 9:35 a.m.
