The Committee Chair, Jack
Webb, called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m., and asked Ms. Norsworthy to
take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee
actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
08-538 In response to inquiry
by the Chair, Ms. Hall indicated that this bill will likely be ready for action during the first cycle in
February
08-960 After discussion
concerning deferral, the Chair stated that the bill will be considered today since later action would not
allow time for a City Council vote prior to the Duval Delegation public hearings on January 22, 2009
08-1110 It was noted that a
substitute will be proposed to correct factual description
