The Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.

The Chair reviewed the agenda, indicating that two items were going to be taken up as emergencies (ORD 2009-922, Apv Sale of $15,000,000 of Jax Housing Finance Auth’s Homeowner Mtg Bonds for Single Family Mtg Loan Prog; ORD 2009-923, Apv Sale of $46,000,000 of Jax Housing Finance Auth;s Multifamily Housing Rev Bonds); one item on the agenda was being deferred and two others were being seconded and re-referred.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:31 p.m.
